Title: [bugtracker] TP Options in Profile not working

Clicking on any of the links in the profile for TP (like tp_summary, or tp_articles) loads a blank page. The
server log indicates that it is calling an undefined function. I traced those functions down to the
TPmodules.php file. These functions obviously are not getting loaded. Adding require_once('Sources/TPmodules.php'); to Profile.php solves the issue.

Only seems to happen in SMF 1.1.x
