Can anyone help me with the following? When the web page opens the following is on the home page and each page that I try to access. I can not get to the admin page to uninstall. Thanks for any help.

You should be able to go directly to your admin by hitting the link directly. index.php?action=admin
Try this instead:
index.php?action=admin;noblocks
