Post by: wilsy on April 11, 2010, 06:09:23 PM
Hi,

I just upgraded to TinyPortal v1.0 beta 5-1 and I have a few errors.

How do I uninstall to revert back?

Best thing to do is wait for bloc to sort out them out later today?.

I highly doubt Bloc will sort anything for you today. The only way to revert to the previous version is to restore your backup  that you made before upgrading.

If you're going back to the first beta5, you could most likely just uninstall, and reinstall the previous version without using a backup.

Hi Ich,

I upgraded from 1.0.5 (I think) - no option to uninstall. I'll restore and revisit this another time.

You have no option to uninstall because you probably upgraded SMF after you installed that TP version. Uninstall the SMF upgrades until you can see "uninstall" for TP then uninstall and then reinstall your SMF upgrades again. Then you'll be able to continue.
