Title: TP not working with non-default themes

Can anyone tell me why TP .086 won't work on my non-default themes, such as Helios, Cerberus, and Oxygen for RC2?

I replaced RC2 Source file and the Themes/Default files and removed the old version of my non-default themes and TP still doesn't show up.

I also did repair settings and still no go.

It looks like it was a package/ftp issue. All the files did not upload correctly via the theme install interface. I reinstalled theme manually.
