I have a forum based on Dilber MC theme,not tp mode but i have manually installed tiny portal and it is working fine.But i wanted to make dropdown menus for it.
Can anyone help with it.
I am running SMF 1.1.11

That is not a theme that we support here. I'd suggest you ask the theme author over at SMF for help with their theme.
