I'm having a problem with member group/article permissions in smf 1.1.10.

I assigned ALL the TP permissions to another member, but he can only see the categories that he created.

I want him to be able to manage articles, so is there somewhere else I need to tweak?

What's with the 3 duplicate topics in the bugtracker board? I've removed 2 of the duplicate posts, and moved your topic to the proper starting place. The [bugtracker] posts are from the actual bug tracker software that Bloc has added to the site. The first thing you should do is to post your problem on the support boards. From there others can help to decide if it is indeed a bug, at which point we will request (or do it ourselves) that you add it to the bugtracker page.

As for your problem, it would greatly help if you gave us information about your setup. The info we need can be found in the Posting Guidelines (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=581)

Can't see your site.  It seems to be password protected.  In any case, the "Search" is your friend.  Searching in the bugtracker would have found these known bugs, among others (1 is open and 1 is closed) ...

All of these Category permission bugs should be fixed in beta 5 once it is released.
