Title: bold -italic -underline
Post by: superQ on March 01, 2006, 05:51:27 PM
I just added 3 0r 4 sentences to the article "" and here is the html that goes with it.

<P><U>Maybe some public presence in the negotiaton room is in order.</U></P>
<P><U>There is nobody forcing anybody to be a cop, a teacher, a politician, or a county or town empployee.&nbsp; If you think you are not replaceable, think again. </U></P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>More to come!!!!!</P>

It does not appear that the text is bold[em]  in that part of the article. It is that way for the rest of the article that was done a while ago. any ideas????

didn't catch that g6cad. here is the code for the text that looks right. I do not remember using the text size[h4] thingy to get the bold look just the bold icon hmm.

<H4><IMG style="BORDER-RIGHT: medium none; BORDER-TOP: medium none; MARGIN: 0px; BORDER-LEFT: medium none; BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none" alt=Jaffee src align=left>&nbsp; It is not our intention to deny anybody a decent living, it may seem that way,but we only mean to point out some very expensive items in the budgets and how they may be reduced and brought more closely in line with the private sector. At some point it becomes clear that changes need to be made. Rockland County and all&nbsp;its' towns reached that point a long time ago.We may not be able to go back in history, but we can and must plan for the future. One thing is certain. It cannot remain the way it is.</H4>

I was hoping the editor would do that :2funny: I think it automatically did it for the top[majority] of the article. thanks

You are missing some stuff in your code Super. And I would suggest you use because it is XHTML compatible.

><H4><IMG style="BORDER-RIGHT: medium none; BORDER-TOP: medium none; MARGIN: 0px; BORDER-LEFT: medium none; BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none;" alt="Jaffee" src="http://www.therockpile.org/images/cooltext11944.gif" align="left">&nbsp; It is not our intention to deny anybody a decent living, it may seem that way,but we only mean to point out some very expensive items in the budgets and how they may be reduced and brought more closely in line with the private sector. The Whizzywig editor has it quirks. In 0.9 its replaced with another editor that will probably do a better job at this. :)
