I want to add some of the TP blocks from the front page to action pages like /index.php?action=foretag (http://www.goldenhillspelaren.se/index.php?action=foretag)
And I really don't have a clue how to do this.
There must be an answer to this on the site, but I just can't find it.
Hi Cartis. Each block does have the option of where to display it throughout your site.
- Block > Edit > Choose where the block should appear. [Show] [Hide] > [SHOW] > Many options here, including Custom actions ( format: action1,action2)

I cannot find any custom actions.
Edit: Even if I mark "Display on all pages and sections" there are no blocks on the custom pages.
Custom actions ( format: action1,action2)
Should be an area at the bottom of the Choose where the block should appear. [Show] [Hide]
He is using the old beta2 TP,
You need to update to beta4 to have these options

Unfortunatly the update seems to be difficult as it shows that almost all files in the automatic installation failed. :(
Ah.. sorry about that, I forgot that this was a more recent feature.
If you are getting many errors when trying to upgrade, you will need to manually upgrade the installation. There are Doc's on how to do this at the TP Doc's site:

It may seem daunting at first, but if you take your time and follow the steps carefully, you shouldn't have any problems.
Make sure you are using the SMF default theme when upgrading.. also make sure you are following the correct documentation for the versions you have installed/upgrading to.
Sorry if this is a totally different question, but which files are changed between:
TinyPortal v.1.0.6 beta 2
and
TinyPortal v.1.0 beta 4
Do I have to uninstall the old one, because there are already changes done to some files that seems to be the same in both versions?
If I uninstall the old one and install the new one, will my blocks disappear?
There are many changes betwene the versions. You best bet is to uninstall the old version ans attempt to install the new version thru the package manager. if you are unable to do that then follow the instructiosn for a manual install provided by Zetan.
You will not lsoe the blocks you created as the data is kept in the database.
Thanks for all the help. After a lot of work I now have upgraded and have the "Custom actions" field in the block edit pages.
But I still cannot get the blocks in the custom pages.
I want a block in page:

so I just wrote: "privatpersoner" in the "custom actions" field in the block. What did I do wrong?
It's not one I've used often, but try:
?action=privatpersoner
[Edit] I've been testing this a little, you have the format correct: privatpersoner,test1,test2
I've added a temporary Upper block in our test site Search page, "Test Actions":

Although this is an option from the Action list by default, I haven't selected the Search as a page to display the block, instead I have added it as a Custom action and it displays in the same place.
Have a look at the other settings for TP, there may be a conflicting issue somewhere, without looking myself.. it's hard to guess what.
