Title: Undefined index: TPortal_front_type
Post by: Lone Defiler on October 05, 2009, 08:25:38 PM
The problem is:
8: Undefined index: TPortal_front_type
File: /home/user/public_html/site.com/Themes/default/BoardIndex.template.php (main_above sub template - eval?)
Line: 725

What confuses me, is that fact that there is no line 725 in that file.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Hello, Ken. Thank you for your quick reply. I must apologize for not reading the guidelines.

Link to my site: http://www.cheatinghaven.com
SMF version: 1.1.10
TP version: Not currently using. Although, SMf staff believes this is the problem. Technically, the forum uses it, but it is no longer in use. I had it installed, but it crashed my forums. I then had to delete it using MYSQL tables I believe.
Theme name and version: Megapolis I think. Not sure of the version.
Browser Name and Version: It is a server side issue.
Mods installed: Several. None should conflict.
Related Error messages: 8: Undefined index: TPortal_front_type
File: /home/user/public_html/site.com/Themes/default/BoardIndex.template.php (main_above sub template - eval?)
Line: 725

If anything else is needed, please feel free to ask.

If you had TinyPortal installed you must uninstall it, not just delete the tables from your database.
Take a look at the manual install instruction and do the edits in reverse so as to remove the TP edits from your SMF files.
