I just need to create a file, via cpanel file manager I guess, and in that file I need to put a .gif I will use it in the top of my forum.

In cpanel it says create new file then gives me 4 options, I need to pick 1 to create the file.here is a link to the situation. it needs to be the right one. Which one out of the 4 is it.
