For instance... I have seen it done here... They have a link like http://www.websitename.com/index.php with an add-on to this address that specifies a theme... anyone?

.../index.php?theme=??
where ?? = the theme number.

This only works if the Admin of the Forum has allowed the theme to be changed by members.
