Good day .. I have one question ... whether it was possible for guests to comment on an article that I write?

Not really a very descriptive subject.  Most people would ignore a topic with a subject like that.

In any case, I believe the answer to your questions is "No".  Perhaps another Team Member might know how you could do this.

No, there are no option to make comments as guests at this time, cant say there will be eather in any future TP
