Title: [bugtracker] 'Menus' description needs fix

In 'Admin -> TinyPortal - Menus' the description needs to be fixed (also the help text). The right description should explain how to use menus, not blocks. Look at the screenshot below...

You should change in "Themes/default/languages/TPortalAdmin.english.php" $txt['tp-blocks'] and $txt['tp-adminheader9']. :)

This is changed for TP 1.0 beta 5, and is no longer a issue.
