Title: Karma :Exalt/Smite options not visible

Can't see the karma buttons for exalting or smiting people on this forum at all.  Wanted to exalt a couple of users but am just wondering if I am looking in the wrong place or something.  Thanks in advance.

I think itÂÃ,´s just the moderators and the boss himselfe that can give or take karma here :)

thanks just I was going to exalt a few people and couldn't find the button to do so.
