Hi,

I was wondering which of these 2 versions to install... :-\ Usually installation of Beta version is discouraged on forums for professional websites or even Live forums at all. Here at TP, I see the Beta version being announced as THE latest and more recommended version.

Is the Beta version as stable as 0.9.8? Is it as recommendable? Is it that much better?

Which one should I install on a Pay site? dont worry, I always backup smf before these installs... ;)

There are some minor bugs in TP 1 beta4. Personally, I think that beta4 is good enough to run on a live site. If you know what you're doing, and you are smart enough to do backup/restore, then I don't see any reason you can't use that version. There are a lot more features in the latest beta too.
