Title: Is there a way to customize shoutbox?

Just wandering if I can change colors, add background images to the shoutbox. If so any tutorials on it?

No tutorials for how to change the shoutbox.

However you can laborate with the tp-style.css file and change the colors there.

I would suggest getting to know some html and css before you try any modifications on your own. A good site to get some basic information is http://www.w3schools.com/
