Issue discussed on the TP Team Board - A method to allow a Forum Admin
to select the date Format for News Posts and Articles displayed on the
Front Page. Currently, it might say "Jun 24 2009" but the Admin would
prefer that it say "24 Jun 2009".

This feature has been requested several times now in the last couple of
months. A possible solution is to put a selector in TP settings to be able
to select the date format for FP Posts and Articles.
