Post by: fangweile on May 26, 2009, 07:57:37 AM
Hello there,

I have upgraded from TP beta 3 to Tp beta 4 and now, my frontpage blocks doesnt show. I already check the frontpage and panel settings but still doesnt work.

Does anyone have the same issue?

I also have some error logs in my forum

8: Undefined index: smileys_enabled
File: /home/vol8/byethost11.com/b11_3375632/allkoreans.net/htdocs/Sources/TPmodules.php
Line: 1758

8: Undefined index: upshrinkblocks
File: /home/vol8/byethost11.com/b11_3375632/allkoreans.net/htdocs/Themes/default/languages/TPShout.english.php (tp_above sub template - eval?)
Line: 44

Still -no name- in index title page.

Any idea.

Thanks in advance.

TP Version: Tp Beta 4
SMF Version: SMF 1.1.9

I have the same problem, this is the line, but I do not know how to fix it. :(

$row['body'] = parse_bbc($row['body'], $row['smileys_enabled']);

Try this:

$row['body'] = parse_bbc($row['body'], $row['smileysEnabled']);

Apparently the first error you mention has been a common one.  Bikken, thanks for the fix.

As for the second error, nobody else has reported this one.  I suggest you switch your Forum to the SMF default theme, clear out your error log, and then go back to the front page and check to see if the error still shows up.  It could also be caused by an errant language string somewhere.  Is your Forum using English as the Default Forum Language?

FYI, I tried Bikkens fix and it did not fix the issue for me.

After further testing this fix does indeed work.  I had forgot to capitalize the E...    :up:

Excellent work Bikken.

I edited my previous post but will also add a new post here stating that the fix does indeed work. I had failed to capitalize the E...    :idiot2:  :up:

Still -no name- in index title page.

Any idea.

I've had this problem for a long time now and was able to change it.  This has to do with your top article catagory.  It's probably named "-no name-" if you change it to what you want or make a new top catagory with no articles in it and name it what you want.

What ever you have it named will show at the top of the browser.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or supposed to be this way.

Romper,

I assume you fixed the problem.  Great.
