I made a booboo. I was trying to figure out what the tags link did in a topic and hit the send button. I didn't have tags presetup because I didn't know I had to, I was just experimenting.
Now I can't go into panels and blocks, it fails with this error after a long timeout:

I split your post from the original topic. I assume you're using TP beta3 but Please Read and Reply to the Posting Guidelines (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php/topic,581) so that we will know how to help you.
I'm not sure what you mean by "can't go into panels and blocks". Do you mean in Admin?
You can get into your Admin section without showing any blocks by adding this to your site url ...
/index.php?action=admin;noblocks

Sorry, yes, installed a new site for a friend on SMF 1.1.8 and TP 1 Beta 3.
I can go to all the other sections of admin but can not click the panels and blocks link or edit any previous block without getting that error, eventually.
That error usually means you eather missing the files and or folders, or have the wrong permissions set for them.
Check your permissions on files and folders, set them to 755 or 777 depending on your server config.
Also check so the files and folders are there and complete and no 0 byte files.
