Hey guys. every time i try to install tinyportal on my forum i come up with a page load error.
How would i go about fixing this, or custom installing
if you're an admin on here ill give you admin on my forum so you can see what im talking about

Okay I went through it.
It is TP related I'm pretty sure, as it only happens with the TP mod.
I was using the package manager, I might have to manual install but I'm not good with that sorta stuff :s
Every time i try to add it with the package manager it gives me a "connection timed out" error on firefox. Sign up on http://icedragons.agilityhoster.com/smf/index.php and I'll make you admin so you can see for yourself

TP version: TP ver. 1 beta 3
Theme name and version: Reference. not sure on version
Mods installed: Custom profile field mod, thats it.
Related Error messages: Connection timed out on firefox
Guys I really need help on this. I don't like simpleportal, so i want to use tiny portal
Josh, did you switch your forum to use the default SMF theme before trying to install TP with the Package Manager? If so, what happened when you clicked install?
Also, do you have any other Mods installed? Never mind, I saw that.

Only other mod is the custom profile field mod.
This has been happening since my forum was still default (first uploaded)
Josh, go ahead and setup a temp admin account (full admin) on your forum and PM me the details. I'm not sure if you can PM here yet so if you can't PM, come back here and post that you can't PM and we'll do it a different way.

Josh, Which version of TinyPortal do you want installed, beta 3? Also, you may need to PM your FTP access details but don't do that yet. I looked at your error log, and it appears that the problem you have had involves permissions.

No, you're not wasting my time. However, you seem to have kind of a strange setup. You don't even seem to have folders in your root folder that you should have. I may need to get additional help on this one.
Let me ask you this? How did you get the one mod installed that you did install. In other words, what was the method you used to install it?
As soon as someone else comes on here who might be able to help I will get with them and see if we can get this sorted out. It might take a while for us to figure it out. Bear with us.

I used package manager.
All the mods I have tried with package manager work, where as TP is the only one that gives me that problem
