I just installed the beta 3 on my gaming clan's site.  Everything is running very smooth except for one thing.  In the code, I was able to shut off the left and right bars using...


  // Remove bars
    $context['TPortal']['rightbar'] = 0;
    $context['TPortal']['leftbar'] = 0;


For some reason, it doesn't turn the bars off now when I load the script.  Did these variables change?

If you want to turn off the panels in some sections or actions in Beta3, all you have to do is add that action inside the panel settings page inside your tpadmin

Maybe I misspoke.... I added a menu item at the top of my site (i.e. the calendar item).  Inside that code (SMF coded source / template form), I put that code in the source file.  Before, it turned the left and right bar off, now it doesn't.

To see what I mean, click the Killing Authority link in my sig.  Then, click on forum and then "K A Lounge".  When I click the lounge link, I want the left and right bars off.

To fix this do the following:

ADMIN --> PANELS AND BLOCKS --> PANELS

You'll see an item with this: 

Hide panels when in custom actions:
type clan in there

that will hide the panels when you go to "K A Lounge", because the action is clan.
