When I use the shoutbox and press this button (https://www.tinyportal.net/Themes/bz29/images/tinyportal/TPexpand.gif) to see more smilies. It does not show more smilies but instead takes me to the top of the page.

An old beta 2 bug thats fixed in Beta3, so an upgrade of TP should take care of that issue.
