Title: [bugtracker] Do not use title/frame not working

Setting this option doesn't seem to change anything. I've tested it on two sites. The frame/title still seem to appear for me. Sorry if its a duplicate, but I couldn't find anything similar if there is one.

Articles or blocks? normal layout or custom one?

Blocks seem to work fine. Articles do not. Sorry, should have been more specific. Normal layout. Using articles only on frontpage. Haven't tested other options yet. Tested on this site on an inactive article with the same problem.
