Title: [bugtracker] Missing body text in Creating New Articles

The editor in missing in Body text when creating new articles. Another thing is that the editor still appears when creating articles even if I have turned off the WYSIWYG editor.

- Uncorrect logic for deciding editor on adding articles. fixed for TPv1.0 beta 4.

Seems it was quite an old code there, that wasn't correct anymore for recent changes in articles.
