This happens when you view a category list of articles. The error occurs once for each article under the category list. example you have 5 articles in a category you get 5 errors.
I get the same errors on my test server with no mods.

Any ideas how to solve this error?
Thanks
Give the same answer to you as in that topic, not a tp error but some thing else you have installed and use on your site.
The only thing installed on my test server is:
SMF version: SMF ver. 1.1.8
TP version: TP ver. 1.0 beta 3
I get the same errors on my test server with no mods as I do on the main site.
Using the default theme or any theme.
cexist is a variable in the Tportal.php file. I think it is looking at whether a category exist.
Try going into your categories. Create a new category and then delete if you don't need it.
Then remove those errors from your error log and see if they are gone?
OK, I went in and deleted all of my categories. I setup one new category named New Articles. I added two basic articles and set them under the new category.
I created a new menu under the menu manager. Type was category - Item was New Articles.
Now when I select this category in the block menu it displays the 2 articles but I get these two errors - one for each article.

If I remove the two articles from this category and I select a category in the block menu I get the message telling me
No articles were found in this category.
But it does not create an error in the error log.
Please file this as a Bug and provide the details you just provided. It will get looked into.
Let me know if you don't file this and I will.
It's a TP variable, but I am unable to duplicate the error.
I cant see that error in my logs eather :-\
I get the same error, both with custom and default theme.
Same way he described.
