I just Downloaded .TinyPortal1.0.5 alpha for SMF1.1.x,
But during installation it does not show me TEST SUCCESSFUL for some files as a result, its not workin properly, i can not see anything under the TinyPortal Navigation,so i can not edit anything,,,at the same time,,,it does not give me the full facilities that i supposed to get from that.
At the same time i dont see my FORUM menu,,,,as a result i can not go to the forum directly from HOME...
Can anyone pls tell me how can i solve the problem, T

It looks correct, it will only show "Test successful" for the files that will be changed, not the folders it adds, so that list is telling you 100% go for install :)
After install, from your descriptions, you are missing the language files.
Does english show ?

If yes, and you are using some other language you must download and install the a separate language package for tp on your site, im not sure we even have it for your language though
But i dont see the whole thing that i should.
Like i can not see the button name,,just i see the button,
I dont see shoutbox beside it,,,any many more,,
and i dont see the FORUM on my menu,,,but i want to ,,,so that ppl could go to FORUM by clicking on the menu

Are you using the default theme?
if not then you need to add a Forum button to your custom theme.
How to add forum button on custom theme, cus i am using different theme not the default one
And how can i make link with forum so that i can click on the forum to go to the forum

I cheat and with tiny portal installed I just make an html block with the extra links in there...hyperlinked of course.
That is actually and excellent idea DarkAngel and with the menus as an option with TP you could make a menu in a block that has a link to the forum also.
