Title: SMF 1.1.8 & TP 1.06 beta 2, uploaded TP 1.0 beta 3 will not install/update

Hi,

I uploaded v1.0 beta 3 via the package manager to my SF1.1.8 & TP 1.0 beta 2 forum and the package manager thinks the newer package is the older one.  If I uninstall beta 2 can I install beta 3 without breaking anything?

No packages except 2 SMF updates are installed.

Same issue here on one of my sites.

You should uninstall the old version first to avoid problems, or ask the author to create an upgrade from your old version.

Please remember to always make regular backups of your sources and database before installing mods, especially beta versions.
Should I do the manual install?

Just uninstall Beta2 and then install Beta3, you will not break anything, and as ALWAYS, do BACKUPS first.

bingo, that fixed it for me as well!
