The Advanced shout box is unsupported, and has been needing a lot of fixes for quite some time. You really should use the simple shoutbox.
Not to be rude, but is this a joke? Why does this module follow if it cant be used? And why is it not supported if it comes with TP? This is a very neat option and i think it looks grate.
Because the package you downloaded are pretty old, and the developer of the adv shoutbox were online working on the bugs, he havent been online for quite some time, and there for we decided to skip it totally and ask our members to use the other one instead, it holds the same features with smileys and bbc code etc, it only lack the layout options.
