    Problem with menu

I have the problem with tinyportal menu when I change the language.. I already followed the steps in:

But I can't solve the problem

After this step:
Additional:
To use UTF-8 you need to convert your forum software to use UTF-8 if it's not already UTF-8.

    * Admin > Maintenance/Forum Maintenance > Convert HTML-entities to UTF-8 characters

What I can do?

Change the language again?

I have split your question this time, but please start your own topic for any of your future questions. This is stated in our Posting Guidelines that you need to read.

You don't have to use UTF8. If your database is utf8 then you should probably use UTF8. If you're database is NOT UTF8, then you don't have to use UTF8.
