At this frontpage, i have the blocks to show in a top panel, the layout are set to 2 columns and Force width 150 and force hight 120 ( the shoubox is set to 120 aswell in shoutbox settings)

Moved them to bottom blocks, top blocks etc, but the hight and width doesent seem to work at all.

How do the panel screen look like? I have duplicated your setup and here they will show at 120px in height - though not at 150px in width because 2 columns means 2 in a 100% table..meaning they will ALWAYS be 50% width.

- Height had to be in 99px, not just 99. Fixed for TP 1.0 beta3.
