Title: [bugtracker] TP Beta 3 Rev 148 Shoutbox Redirect Error

This is the same error thats been reported a lot of times allready.
When you make a shout, it redirects to the forum index.
So if you place the shoutbox on your frontpage in a top block or what ever, and you make a shout and press the shout button, it takes you to the forum index page and does not stay at the frontpage ( start, home page )

- TPshoutbox didn't apply the special TP setting for redirecting. Fixed for TP v1.0 beta3

Actually this bug still exists.
I'm using smf 1.1.8 and tinyportal 1.0 beta 3.

Shoutbox is displayed on frontpage only. Every time a member (only registered members can post in shout) makes a shout it redirects him to forum section.
