Shouldent that page show when i click on the Article tab in the first place ? at this action tpadmin;sa=a
I think you misunderstand the article listing when you click on the articles link in admin. Since articles have to be in a category, you will see the categories that you have assigned them to for better organization. So IMO, the page that shows the categories when you click articles is the way it should be. Especially if you are someone who has 100's of articles. Having all articles in one page could be a nightmare.
As for your probem with the article not showing when viewing directly, did you try this on a clean install like we last talked? I have try this on my live site, as well as a test site without any of the problems that you're describing.
Yes, brad, this is on a clean testsite, same issues as i have on the live
I wrote that to, but the bugtracker cut off the content if the post get a bit long
What i meant with cat listing, is that when i am in the article list page, it show articlecat in the url
The article preview show on frontpage even if all settings for the article are set not to, and the article doesent show at all no matter what,
Tried several diffrent php codes and it works the same way.
I PM you a link to the test site IchBin
- added count of how many articles in each category + how many subcategories.
This should help some with keeping tabs on articles. Though the categories shown on articles tab are simply there to avoid showing lots of articles, and to maintain the hierarchy at all times.
I can't seem to duplicate the other issues though, we'll have to re-open this report if it still exists.
