Title: [bugtracker] Beta 3 Rev 142 Theme box settings gets removed when uptade TP tables

Everytime i use the TP_install.php the tp theme bloc gets empty.
The themes i have checked has to be rechecked again every time.

I thought it was something that were between versions, but to try I ran the file again on a working setup, and it cleaned out the themes from the block again.

So something is removing the settings you have for that block in the db.

This one seems to be fixed now :)
Have used the tp_upgrade to 2 forums now and the themes are still there now  :D
