Stats Block has a small quirk. If you click on a username it should take you to that user's profile but instead it adds a scrollbar to the block first. Clicking the name after that will take you to the user's profile.

- Changed CSS to remove unwanted scrollbars appearing on clicking a link in statsblock. fixed for TP 1.0 beta 4
