Title: Tiny portal beta 2 help please

OK well i installed Tiny portal for my website and It installed fine but with one problem When i go to admin > Tinyportal the tinyportal header is their but nothing is in tht catagory can you please explain i downloaded every version and same porblem thanks and please answer  :)
