i want disable the tinyportal at the forum, search and help...

i want it only at the index..

dont works...

i want only the tiny portal at home..

forum, search, help without tiny portal

Try using this setting: Featured article with frontpane
Then add some blocks/articles. Why don't you experiment with the settings, we won't hold your hand.

you dont understand me...

i want the tinyportal only at the front page...

and i want disable the blocks at Forum, Search and Help...

Edit all your blocks, on the bottom of the page in the viewing options select only Frontpage.

Various releases of TP are available and the settings may be different between versions so you need to give the info called for in the posting guidelines.

Try this to see if it gives you what you need:
Admin>TinyPortal>Panels and Blocks>Panels>Hide left panel when in forum?>Yes

Use that setting for any of the panels that you do not want to show in the forum.
