but it not and artical it does the same with the shop mod aswell
is there any way to disable articals ??

Please read the Posting Guidelines.html (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php/topic,581)
better ??
TP articles are part of the TP base code for now, so there's no way to turn them off. There are plans to separate articles out as a module, but not for a while I think.
oh ok there isnt no work around for now then ?
I just ran into this myself....you have to assign a category to the article or it will give you the error you are getting.....I was building pages and I coudl not preview them until I assigned a category to them. once I did that...I was good!!
no i think thats another issue the problem im having is that any url with page in it i get that error regarles of it being an artical or not
example
http://sleepy-arcade.ath.cx/dev/portal.php?action=multiplayer;page=3
thats not part of tp it the same with the shop mod

I think you need to start removing thngs, and then reactivate them one by one until you find where you get the error.
It's impossible for us to nail an error if you have it all over the site, and with your statment " to many mods installed to liset them" it can be what ever that causes the error.
Deactivate everything, uninstall your mods, and when you have a basic setup, turn one thing on and check the error log, and keep on doing that until you activate the very thing that start to generate the error.
That is not the problem G6. The problem is that the shop mod and possibly others, are using the same GET that TP is. If another mod uses page=3 to access one of its pages, it will conflict with TP when you go to an article that is on page=3.
thanks ichbin you hit the nail right on the head :)
