Title: Block Names only display under admin login. "-no title-" displayed otherwise
Post by: thenelson on December 18, 2008, 09:10:15 PM
I sincerely apologize if this is covered somewhere else. I searched a bit and read the FAQ's.

I am using:
SMF 1.1.7
TP 1.0.6 Beta 2

When I am logged in as administrator, the titles displayed for each block show up properly how I defined them in the configuration area.

When noone is logged in, or someone other than the admin account the only title that displays is: "-no title-"

I have changed the default language from UTF8 to English.

the site is: www.bemidjiforum.com

Thanks for any help.

What other languages have you installed ?   If you use other languages you need to write the block content names for every block for the names to show up as - no name -

There are no other languages installed unless they are automatically installed initially.

No other languages ?
According to your setup you have all these languages installed and you have to write the block name for all of them to get it to show propely
You write the block name in the blocks list in your TP admin, you need to edit every block one by one. And also you need to check the catbox where it say english-utf8 at the same page

Go into your Themes/default/languages folder and remove all but the language you want.
