As you can see in the image i missing the rolldown boxes for day/date
After the text DATE in the row to follow there should be some of those ?

Is there anyone who can apply the code for that and describe where i put it to get thos boxex there ?

No, its actually not supposed to show the date in "add article"..because the creation-date is set automatically when you save the article. The string should not show of course.I will correct that.
