Hello ive had a problem now for a few days and have searched all the relevant forums for an answerbut have not found one. i am using SMF 1.1.6 with TP 1.0.5.


I have just over 500 members on my site, and while i was doing something on my test user account, i realised i coulnt see one block and any of the menu items on the left!. Ive been playing around with this a few days now, changing settings, going through the member groups, permissions etc, but can not isolate the group or what is causing this problem. ive included two screen shots of what it should look like and what some members see.
Any help would be great as the menu items and the user information is essential to the working of the site.

I only noticed the problem after i installled SMF arcade (but may not be related)

Other programs i have are SMF gallery Pro and the video add on that you can get to go with it.

I have 9 groups, regular members seem fine as do the moderators, but many of these group interlace so maybe in two or three groups..so only some people seem  affected???

I narrowed this down and removed all non essential groups so i was left with regular members, admins and moderators.
I have checked all permissions on all groups/add ons/programs

whenever i try to create a new group now i get the same thing, all TP menus and blocks are missing. Ive included a screen shoit to illustrate better what i mean.

this is a nightmare for me atm as my site relies on certain groups having their own boards invisable to others...

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
