Under SMF 1.1.6 & TP 1.063, moving to the 'Modules' section of the TP admin panel does not indicate 'active' status with bold letters.

Other menu sections are displaying correctly.

- Modules section lacked a defintion for admin layer. Fixed for TP 1.0 beta3
