I upgrade my TP to v 1.06 but I can create a block for the last uploads of the TP Download System , what I can do?

Yea Newest File and Top downloads not there or showing up

This is most likely because Bloc has moved a lot of code around trying to make the simple shoutbox and downloads a module. You will probably have to find a block code snippet to give you what you want.
