Sorry don't understand what you are asking... Are you asking "How" to place a poll in tinyportal? Use a SSI block type, and choose poll.

there are only "top poll" and "latest poll" available
when using the "latest poll" ssi function TP cycles to the latest poll that you haven't voted

has anybody found a sollution that can display just one poll in TP and if anwsered just show the results?

You could use a Poll in a BLockSnippet code if you have one.

for some reason TP is incompatible with CJ dynamicpoll

it doesn't work if I include it in a block (with php include)
allthough it works perfectly if I go directly to the poll page
and it breaks the portal...

i've had it tested in my main site (www.tio.gr) but uploaded a test site as soon as I saw that the portal works incorrectly once the block is loaded
any ideas? has anybody managed to make it work?

update:

after going once more through the TPforum I've found that I could add easily add a forum poll in a TPBlock, so the solution might be that I have tou create a board where guest have the ability to vote for a poll
