Sorry i had one post earlier about the same situation that i have, but unfortunately i was out of town so never got a chance to persue my problem in Tiny Portal forums, any way i am glad to be back - here is my problem
I want to install theme cs-dk115v1 with smf 1.1.5 and + TP portal TP_0983 now that TP doenst work this theme i belive
i did install smf everything from the begining and also did install the theme as well and as well as TP_0983
doesnt seem to work at all, is there anyway to install that theme with TP_0983 and smf 1.1.5
can someone plz help and trying installing that if can and let me know - if u get successfull
if could get to work cs-dk115v1 with TP_0983 i am happy - i dont care if its a different version of smf,

By the way there is a site, that has cs-dk115v1 running with smf 1.1.5 and TP_0983 - and their forums is perfect - i have been to their forums - its just good and perfect, so i wanna set up mine like that - i am not sure if i am allowed to post any live links here, but any way you read my problem above and help me
Your problem is that you are probably not installing the TP compatible version of that theme. If you're TP and forum are up and running, just install the theme from this topic.

Hard to say if that is your problem because you never actually said what "doesn't work" means....
well that theme is for 1.1.5 - and its not working with tp 0.98

you will see from their source code that they are actually using cs-dk115v1 not 114
and i think that site has tp 0.983
well i meant its not working - it means icons were missing pictures were missing, etc ....
may be i have reintalll smf again - i did so much changes,
but anyway trying going to that and see
There were no template changes from SMF 1.1.1 to 1.1.6 that needed to be made for a theme to work. Any theme made for 1.1.1 SMF should work with any version of SMF 1.1.x. If you are missing images and stuff, the theme probably didn't install properly.
how would a theme would be install properly???
i installed smf, i went to themes and layout, i uploaded the theme file, and it said theme was succesfully installed
i want to use tp 0.983 with cs dk theme, are you saying everything is fine, and i just couldnt install the theme properly?? - any other mis spots that could occure this?
kenkefwan, as IchBinâ,,¢ mentioned if you are using TinyPortal v0.983 then you must use a theme that is written to be compatible with TP.
What you need to do at this point is go to our theme section here on TP and download one of the free themes and try it... just make sure that it is actually compatible by looking for '_tp' in the file name.
