Title: [bugtracker] Overflow not working in BZ22 Download submission page

Went in to the download permission page and approved a theme from Fussilet.
When it was approved, the page bleeded out to the right side because of the big preview image posted with the theme.
It's just on the approval page after accepted ( also the edit page ) that doesent overflow.

Its actually a TP bug, though template-related and only occurred in IE it seems. Added "table-layout: fixed;" to the table used there and it then obeyed the overflow which was already present.
