Print Page - Sudden Parse Error

I upgraded to TP's latest from TP98........ im not so sure what i did wrong from now and then but i cannot activate new blocks and articles. (It worked fine after the upgrade)

I get this:

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/bourneul/public_html/Sources/Load.php(1783) : eval()'d code(52) : eval()'d code on line 1"

The wrong you did was you didnt remove the old install of tp before you went ahead installing the new version.

Now you have to do this
