Title: Ad when signed in and Image when signed out?

Hi

I want to do something here but I need a little help. Now I have a Center Block to show when in the forums and in there I have 2 ad codes, one from adbrite and the other from Kontera Content Link. Now what I want to do is keep the the ads but I also want to add an image without making the block any bigger so I thought, I can probably use a php block to make the image (which says Please register in fancy font) to only people who are not signed in and show the ads to only people who are signed in. Can anyone help me with that? Here are my ad codes to help you guys help me:

EDIT: LOL I forgot that I can make certain blocks show to only certain groups. Sorry.

Make two blocks, and one to show for guests only, and the other one for every one else
