i have a new install
1.1.5 and TinyPortal v1.0.5 beta 2
goes fine through package manager , but comes up with no tp admin as shown in pic
any idea why this might happen and a possible fix .. thank you

Change language to english and not english-utf8 I think is all.
Or download the utf8 english ( or what ever language in use ) package from the files section and extract it, upload the files to your themes/default/language/ folder
