I really would like to help you, but I'm not sure I am able to write so that you understand. What is your native language? Maybe someone who speaks the same language as you do will be more able to help you.
I don't know what you mean by "Voting." You can add a poll to a topic in your forum and then show that poll on a block. Is that what you want to do?

Remember you can put anything in a phpbox block. You can add ssi_showPoll(); in a block and it will show the poll from the poll ID you provide. http://support.simplemachines.org/function_db/index.php?action=view_function;id=527
