Title: can not get my blocks to show up??

I have tried everything i can think of. they just wont show Up.

ok,
I have installed a custom theme, i know it works with TP because i have the same theme on another site. I have mirrored the install, but it will not show my blocks. it doesnt matter where i put them left, right, ect. I have reinstalled the theme several times, i still get no errors. I am not running the newest version. and i am running version1.1.5 smf. Not sure what esle to say

OK lets try this again,
the above post is what i found when i searched the forum. it does not help.

Related Error messages: No error message, just wont show my blocks

Did you download and install the TP version of Helios ?

With your version of TP, you need to also have a matching theme thats made to work inside TP.
